Kirkham Grammar School Morris Education was commissioned by the school to design, supply and install the furniture. The new Science Centre incorporates three new Science Laboratories and two Prep Rooms. Morris Education's project value was approximately £77,000.All the laboratories have used the specially designed curved benching. The new Science Centre opened in January 2005. "The new class room and laboratory facility will be an exciting addition to the community as a whole and greatly enhance the teaching of Science and Mathematics." says Mr D R Walker - Headteacher. "The performance and cost of the 'Labstone' allowed us to fulfill our project desires of aesthetically pleasing, durable, high quality product, which we could not have obtained with other products on the market place," says Mr D Hadwin - Keystone Design, Contract Administrator.
